納錐之地—香港納米樓研究報告2010-2019

欠缺「居住空間標準」的政策視野：政府將「細」扭曲成增加單位供應方法，讓市場 提供「可負擔」的納米樓，使納米單位數目近年倍增。⻑期以來一直放寬規劃、建築 物的法規，縱容納米樓出現。 研究方法：是次研究希望透過整理首個「香港納米樓資料庫」的方式，以面積260呎或以下新落成私人住宅單位為研究對象，以較⻑時間維度 (2010-2019) 的統計數字描述納米樓問題的具體現狀，嘗試勾勒出納米樓問題背後的政策成因，以及從既有發現提出具體政策建議。
